Refund Policy:

At Aim Ladder, we value the commitment and dedication of our students towards their education. In order to ensure that our students receive the maximum benefit from our courses, we have implemented the following refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any of our classes:

Attendance Requirement:

• To be eligible for a refund, students must have 100% attendance in all classes conducted throughout the course duration.
• Attendance will be marked by the respective teachers and recorded for verification purposes.

Mock Test Completion:

• Students must successfully complete and submit all the assigned mock tests as per the teacher’s instructions.
• Mock tests will be designed to evaluate the understanding and progress of students in the course material.
• The completion of all mock tests will be verified by the respective teachers.

Refund Eligibility:

Non-fulfillment of Attendance Requirement:

• If a student fails to achieve 100% attendance during the course, they will not be eligible for a refund.
• Exceptions to this policy may be considered in case of unavoidable circumstances, such as illness or emergencies. Such exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-completion of Mock Tests:

• If a student fails to complete any of the assigned mock tests, they will not be eligible for a refund.
• Exceptions to this policy may be considered in case of valid reasons, such as documented medical conditions or extenuating circumstances. Such exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process:

Refund Request:

• If a student meets all the eligibility criteria mentioned above, they can request a refund by contacting the administrative office.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the completion of the course.

Refund Amount:

• The refund amount will be calculated based on the course fee paid by the student.
•  Any non-refundable fees, such as registration fees or administrative charges, will be deducted from the refund amount.
• GST paid during enrollment is non-refundable as these are the government charges.

Refund Processing Time:

• The refund processing time may vary, but we strive to process all refund requests within 60 days from the date of receipt.

Note: This refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of Aim Ladder. Any updates or modifications to this policy will be communicated to enrolled students in a timely manner.

We encourage all our students to maintain regular attendance, actively participate in classes, and complete all assigned mock tests to enhance their learning experience. By adhering to this refund policy, we aim to ensure that our students receive the maximum benefit from our courses.
